dengan mengusulkan beberapa point, aitu :
1. Pengurusan BBNKB untuk dijadikan Satu Atap, sehingga Wajib Pajak tidak harus ke Polres untuk meminta Nomor BPKB dan pembayaran PNBP BPKB.
2. Untuk Melibatkan RT, RW dan Kelurahan untuk mensosialisasikan tentang Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor, sehingga wajib pajak memahami tanggungjawabnya.
3. Diberikannya kemudahan persyaratab bagi Wajib Pajak untuk membayarkan Pajak Tahunan khusus kendaraan Bekas.
