SOSIALISASI PERDA 01 TAHUN 2019 DAN PROGRAM PEMUTIHAN PKB-BBNKB

Minggu (28/08), Kepala UPTD PPRD PPU H. Arifin, S.Sos menjadi narasumber dalam kegiatan Sosialisasi Peraturan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Nomor 01 Tahun 2019 tentang Perubahan Kedua Peraturan Daerah Nomor 01 Tahun 2011 tentang Pajak Daerah.

Acara yang di inisiasi oleh Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Provinsi Kalimantan Timur H. Andi Harahap, S.Sos kali ini berlangsung di Gedung Pertemuan Desa Pemaluan Kecamatan Sepaku. Dalam Sambutannya H. Andi Harahap berharap para peserta Sosper khususnya wilayah Desa Pemaluan ini memahami tentang pentingnya membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor karena dengan membayar Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor berarti kita semua telah ikut berperan serta dalam pembangunan khususnya yang ada di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara.

Selain Sosialisasi Perda kesempatan ini juga menjadi momen untuk memsosialisasikan program pemutihan / relaksasi PKB-BBNKB yang telah dimulai sejak tanggal 16 Agustus – 31 Oktober 2022. Dimana terdapat 6 (enam) point yang menjadi program pemutihan / relaksasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat, yakni :

  1. Diskon 2 – 4 % bagi wajib pajak yang membayarkan PKB nya sebelum jatuh tempo;
  2. Bebas Denda PKB dan BBNKB ke II
  3. Bebas Pokok BBNKB ke II
  4. Bebas Pajak Progresif
  5. Diskon Pokok PKB bagi kendaraan yang terlambat 4 tahun ke atas cukup membayar 3 tahun saja
  6. Bebas Denda SWDKLLJ tahun lalu dan tahun tahun lalu

H. Arifin, S.Sos berharap masyarakat disekitar Desa Pemaluan Kecamatan Sepaku dapat memanfaatkan program pemutihan ini sehingga dapat mengurangi jumlah tunggakan PKB serta dapat meringankan beban masyarakat dalam membayarkan Pajak Kendaraan Bermotornya.
